I had a fantastic experience at ZIP by Spree Mangala Tower. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Thrissur, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and quick service. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of South Indian and continental options.

Oldish place wich need a clean up. The rooms are big but not very clean. The walls need to be painted and shower need to be repaired. Not much water reach in 5th floor if u want to use the shower ?. The crew is ok but that’s it. A little bit more smiling and being more heartfelt at the welcome would not be a bad option.

The location and facilities

Poor resolution to issues. They didn’t have a resolution to WiFi, all they told me was that internet working fine in the reception area and not in the room. Query about availability of Salon, we were told that they would inform us but no one turned up. In the restaurant in the reception area, the service was pathetic, very slow and forgetfulness. We asked for ice and kept waiting.

Buffet was offered for the breakfast. It was good combination with variety of options to choose from.

Room changed to upgraded room, when the first room air condition stopped working at midnight.

Worst hotel - terrible customer service, roaches ants no aircon no heater. Horribly maintained. Doesn’t look like photos at all

The property has no active telephone number to contact them, so I couldn't stay at the place. The number in the website is an inactive one

It’s was wonderful one year ago. This Mmm very disappointing about their service and things provided are very cheap not usable at all. Only satisfied with their breakfast, they area trying to improve
